Quantum SME (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a business operations platform — inventory, production, sales, invoicing, expenses, commissions, and reporting — operated by Gen Wealth Global. By creating a workspace or otherwise using Quantum SME, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Every workspace requires at least one Owner or Admin at all times.
Quantum SME is free to start, with a 30-day trial of every feature. Pro is paid either as a monthly subscription or as a prepaid month or full year, with the price shown in full before you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack — we never see or store your card details. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for partial periods; you can cancel at any time from Billing, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid months and years are non-refundable and do not renew automatically. Mission-tier pricing requires a valid coupon code and is offered at our discretion to Gen Wealth Microcredit, TVA, and WWN members.
Everything you enter — inventory, orders, invoices, expenses, customer and team records — belongs to you. We access it only to operate the service, provide support when you ask for it, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for complying with laws that apply to your own business (tax records, employment records, consumer protection, and similar).
Don’t use Quantum SME for anything illegal, to store or process data you don’t have the right to hold, to attempt to break or bypass its security, or to resell access without our written agreement.
We aim to keep Quantum SME available and your data intact, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We recommend exporting or backing up critical records periodically. We’re not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures (including our payment processor or hosting providers) beyond what’s required by law.
You can stop using Quantum SME at any time by canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate a workspace that violates these Terms, doesn’t pay fees due, or poses a risk to the service or other users. On termination, we’ll retain your data for a reasonable period to allow export, then delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
